Please ensure you have contacted our office at least 72 hours before you are due to return or collect any property keys so that we can ensure you have the relevant arrangements are in place -
*PLEASE DO NOT JUST TURN UP AT OUR OFFICE WITHOUT A PRE-BOOKED APPOINTMENT AS THERE IS NO POSTBOX FOR THE RETURN OF KEYS*
REPAIRS / MAINTENANCE
Whilst we are still operating our online maintenance service, there may be delays incurred for Non Essential repairs and priority will be placed on issues with Heating, Hot Water, Major Leaks and Power Failure and subject to the availability of our contractors

If you have an EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE ISSUE, that occurs out of our normal office hours such as NO HEATING, NO WATER, A LEAK, COMPLETE POWER FAILURE please contact our EMERGENCY OUT OF HOURS SERVICE on 02030316237 - Option 2
In the event of any Gas Leak please contact – National Grid on 0800 111 999 immediately
